Absolutely horrible gave it another chance after another horrible experience and once again Slow service and bad food. Ordered the 4pc Strip basket, the toast was literally bread, not toasted at all, not even close. And to top it off. They forgot the four chicken strips. So ordered a chicken strip basket and got everything but the chicken. Not sure how you mess up the one job you have but they managed to do it. Maybe some training in counting to ten could help these guys out.
Solid DQ. Most of the employees seem to be in high school, so don't expect really great customer service. But they are quite friendly, and the ice cream is as good as any other dairy queen you'd go to.
Very small place. Workers do what they can with what they have. Just get a blizzard/ice cream cake and go home. Good fries
I only went to this Dairy Queen because of the $5 lunch to save money. I have had bad visit in the past. I had one order that was completely wrong which I did not notice till I drove 20 minutes to get home. I have been to and worked at much better facilities ten this one.
Went with my husband and 3 kids for a treat. We walked in and went to the counter, no line. We were never greeted. Stood there for over 5 minutes and not one word was spoken to us. The two people working behind the counter looked at us multiple times so they knew we were waiting to order. We left and went to a different place down the street.
